Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz sushi-grade salmon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup seaweed salad
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • ΒΌ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Dice the salmon into bite-sized cubes, removing skin and any pin bones
  • Whisk together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha, then pour over salmon and marinate for 15 minutes. Reserve a few spoonfuls for drizzling.
  • Slice the avocado just before serving to keep it from browning
  • Spoon warm brown rice into the bottom of each bowl
  • Layer the sliced avocado over the rice and scoop in the seaweed salad
  • Top with the marinated salmon, then drizzle with the reserved marinade and scatter with sesame seeds
